Fraze's Scratch Cookin'

To start off the food was absolutely amazing their portions are quite large for a reasonable price. Second the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable and the people just make it even better. When you end up coming here I would recommend the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and as for dessert I would recommend the peach honey cheese cake. I left filled to the point of bursting and completely satisfied. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I have never had a bad meal from this place. Everything is home-cooked and delicious. On Wednesday their pot roast special is a must. You better show up early or call the order in in the morning if you want to try this delicious treat. They always sell out.

The ribs and brisket are delicious ribs fall off the bone they have a bit of a kick delicious yummy try them oh they have them on Saturday only

We came for the Indiana breaded pork tenderloin but found out they only serve those on Tuesday. I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu-Ban with fries and my wife got the Killer Cuban with hush puppies. If you like your hush puppies light and fluffy you will absolutely love these!! The sandwiches were both very good and we both took home 1/2 because they were that big. Will be back for Tenderloin Tuesday and it’s bound to be good since their cook is from Indiana!

First time dining there. It was so awesome. We each had something different, and each was delicious! Pork tenderloin sandwich, Cuban, crispy chicken sandwich and Philly cheese steak. Will definitely go back!

Delicious freshness through and through! Ate here for the first time and was so impressed! I had a lil of almost everything the collard greens, hush puppies and seafood was phenomenal tried it fried and blackened! Philly cheesesteak so full of wonderful goodness I got to even eat some of the fork after the sandwich was gone. Absolutely coming back!!!!

Let start by saying that pork chop sandwich is amazing. The bun is almost comical in ratio. Best I've ever had hands down. Fries are those fresh cut better than the big 3 combined! Highly recommended

***WOW*** I really don't think I want to tell you about this little gem because you will love it here and I won't be able to get in anymore!!! With that said, FRAZE'S little place is AMAZING If those who remember, he had a small place inside a gas station in OBS We ordered from them all least 3xs a week NOW, if you read my posts you know I HATE to cook The dishes he provided were so different FROM SCRATCH (delicious) that you would get a variety of meals for inexpensive prices and never have the same thing twice Well, the gas station owners were terrible to him and he moved to Holly Hill We found them again on Ridgewood Ave trying to find a place to eat and there they were. A HUGH sign is out front begging us to come in FRAZE'S is a tiny place but there is still lots of room inside PLUS plenty of picnic tables outside. We walked in, they were busy (help was short tonight) so we sat ourselves down, looked at the menu but while looking at the great dishes, The sweetest of family told us there was a special menu for weekends. Again, ***WOW*** They had fall off the bone ribs, New York strip, Brisket, CRAB CLAWS!!! and more We ordered and was told there was a wait because of the short staff I did say FROM SCRATCH RIGHT? But not like your big expensive restaurants, it did come rather quickly While waiting for our food I looked over to different people's plates crude, I know But, that's me. When I see fantastic meals I want to ask what they are having. This adorable family invited me over to explain there dishes. Wait until you see the crab claws...I was salivating. YUM They even invited us over to sit and eat with them (We exchanged #s too) What a great experience, fun, inviting time we had. ALSO, they have karaoke on I think just Saturday's? I will have to get back to you on that If you sing, you will be put in a raffle to try to win your dinner WHAT???!!!! Again, BUT, if you don't get there early, they will be eating out of house and home Did I tell you, they make their meals FROM SCRATCH Anyway, we made plans with our new friends and hosts to come back next weekend. (AND had to pre-order the ribs because they always run out AND they make A LOT) Don't ruin it for me but DO go to FRAZE'S SCRATCH kitchen, you will be pleasantly surprised and delited you did!!!
